I read Ralph Wiley today about how KG and Kone represent two sides of Jordan: Good Jordan and Bad Jordan. The jist of KG is that he is a rising tide that lifts all ships but doesn't get mean enough. He has the ability to do all the friendly teammate things and does them all, but lacks that ability to be the asshole teammates.

Kobe is the opposite.

If I am going to be the outstanding graduating math student, I must be the tide that lifts all ships. I think I can be the Bad Student, but can I be the good student?
